One more:

And among the best...
After khushboo gets wet on the Chennai Bangalore (or is it bangalooru?) highway, Kamal runs to her and says:
"hiya... ayayyayae... nananjutteengala"
followed by Moorthy shaking hands with Kamal saying:
"Thanksba... ippadi kulichathan undu"
But one dialogue that made me ROTFL was when kamal saves Khushboo from the fire accident and Khushboo takes her bag to give her visiting card. Water flows from it and Kamal says:
"Ennaga idhu???? Oh! Water bag..a?"
Man... You have opened a pandora's box.... a$$hole!!!
When Urvasi keeps the items which her granny stole back in their place in the wedding, Kamal catches her red handed and says
"Thiruppura Sundariyaa Nee? Thiruttu Sundari!"
5 minutes after kameswara and thirupurasundari hug each other, they realise something is amiss..
"enna kattindrukkom ?" "amam kattindrukom..."
and the classics
"Avan thirupu thirupu nu sonnan, adha thirupitten"
"You know what I mean ?" ....... "Yen ellarum meen meen nu pesindrika ? Thirnjudutha ?"
