Requiem
The death of merit. The obliteration of the soul of this country's youth. The initiation of catastrophe. Welcome to the beginning of the end. No where in the history of our country has truth been murdered so methodically and brutally, the fair and just were trampled over, and the deserving were crushed to submission, like today. Each one of you will remember how this country's destruction began. Today as we speak the honorable HRD Minister, in his implacable and idiotic stance, has destroyed any hope for the youth of this country. Joining him in this dance of death is our honorable Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Meira Kumar: she says that the private sector has a couple of years to ring in death knell and make the process of wreckage complete.
The government as a whole has reiterated their affinity to this utter disaster by refusing to discuss the quota issue. We are done, if we do go through with the suggested quota policy. The one-eyed men will rule this country of the blind, while those that see will sail to foreign shores or simply quit. We will miss you. We are sorry. God help us. In short, what Mr. Arjun Quota Singh had to say was:
"Reservations will be implemented. I dont care whether the whole country or even the PM is against it. I dont know why or how or when or how much of it I am going to impose on the nation. Dont blame me. The parliament made this unanimous decision. I am a mere HRD minister." Disgusting!!!

I'm waiting for Vasu the nutcase to appear and defend this.

Right, so we have a pro reservations and I-do-care-about-people-beyond-votes type of a juggler for our HRD minister. But what should be our response to this other than hunger strikes and candle lit yatras which make good feed for prime time television, but do not yield useful results except in movies(for any doubts, refer RDB). That there exists no one solution, is acceptable at the moment, but the need of the hour is to provide a just and effective direction to the hard working, middle class, bright Indian student.
so sangeeta, what does do u think u should do?u accuse doctors of being heartless when they stop work,'FILMY" if they march or protest.what have u done for the cause by the way?
