How can Google Desktop help your organization? OK, for starters, if provides an excellent search utility to search your e-mails that are normally buried away in your archives. And, most e-mail software like Lotus Notes or Outlook offer lousy search interfaces. Also, your employees have been using Google to search for stuff on the web. They are used to the interface.
