Windows Sticky Keys Dialog

I was seriously thinking about something and accidentally hit the Shift key five times and activated the Windows Sticky Keys dialog. Screenshot of Windows Sticky Keys

Now, how in the god's name would a lay person understand what's written there? It should be on the lines of "Allows you to use key combinations by pressing one key at a time (keyboard commands that require two or more keys. Example: 'Ctrl+Alt+Delete')."
