Windows Sticky Keys Dialog
I was seriously thinking about something and accidentally hit the Shift key five times and activated the Windows Sticky Keys dialog.

Now, how in the god's name would a lay person understand what's written there? It should be on the lines of "Allows you to use key combinations by pressing one key at a time (keyboard commands that require two or more keys. Example: 'Ctrl+Alt+Delete')."
