Right-Click>Close

Right-Click>Close

All windows upon right-click provide 'X Close' as the bottom-most option. So I expected every window on my computer - be it Macromedia's, Winzip's or a CHM help file's - to behave consistently. Only, they don't. Take a look:
Right-click>close on Macromedia DreamWeaver's Help file Right-click>close on Macromedia DreamWeaver main window

You might ask what's the big deal; well, I end up clicking 'About HTML Help' (see image above) and then I realise that I clicked on the wrong option. So I take 100% more time, than I ought to, to close a simple window. That's fine. What about my feeling stupid everytime it happens ? Even when I know that it is not my fault? You might wonder why won't I remember that HTML help file windows offers 'close' as the third option, bottom-up. Recognition rather than recall my friend( my fav Jakobism). What's the fix? HTML files ought to move the 'Close' option right to the bottom of the 'Right click' menu. write to me: suman at sumankumar dot com
